1. ACCEPTANCE

Podjav maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward illegal content such as child pornography, bestiality, rape, torture, or other extreme violence. Podjav will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute violators.
9. FEES
You acknowledge that podjav may charge fees for its services and reserves the right to change its prices at any time. If your account is terminated due to a violation, any subscription fees are non-refundable.
10. WARRANTY
You represent that all information you provide to podjav is true and current. You also agree to podjav’s privacy policy and acknowledge that your data may be processed and transmitted over various networks.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Limassol, Cyprus. You hereby consent to such jurisdiction.
